FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is your tour cancellation policy?

Guests can cancel their tour up to 48 hours before tour departure time with no penalty. We charge a fee of 50% if you cancel within 48 hours of your tour.

Q: When you say that your tours are private – does that mean just us, or will we be with a few others?

All Sedona Wine Adventures tours are private – and that means just you and your wine guide for the whole day! Although party busses with new people can certainly be fun, the Sedona Wine Adventures’ experience is meant to be exclusive and tailored to YOU. (You can read about some of the great fun we have had with our guests on TripAdvisor and Yelp.)

Q: When you say “all-inclusive” – does that mean the tour includes more than car and driver services?

Much more! Sedona Wine Adventures tours are designed to be your “magic carpet ride” through the Verde Valley. We want you to experience Arizona wine and this stunning part of the state without having to worry about opening your wallet or dealing with checks. Your tour price includes not only a private car and dedicated wine guide, but all the other expenses as well! Your guide will take care of ALL your wine tasting fees for as much wine as you want to drink throughout the day, your lunch, snacks and water for the car. Your only expense would be for bottles of wine or other items you choose to buy.

Q: Is lunch included in your tours?

Yes indeed, lunch at Page Springs Cellars or Merkin Vineyards Tasting Room & Osteria is included in every tour package. You’ll order whatever you want, right from the menu while you ease into your day of wine drinking. You’ll also have water and snacks in the car (healthy and not-so-much) to enjoy with the Northern Arizona scenery

Q: Can you teach us about wine during our tour?

Yes! At Sedona Wine Adventures, we pride ourselves on loving wine and knowing a little about it. Wine discussions will abound during your tour. If you’d like a really deep dive into how wine is made and how to taste it from a formal, technical perspective let us know and we’ll be sure to customize your tour with that in mind.

Q: We’ve never been to AZ before! Will we get to see other sights on our wine tour?

Yes! Our private wine adventures go far beyond the “tour bus circuit” which is largely confined to a few, close together vineyards. We visit Page Springs, a beautiful local estate vineyard on the banks of Oak Creek – but we also venture beyond into the neighboring towns of Clarkdale, Old Town Cottonwood and must-see, mile-high Jerome – interesting places full of local history, stunning vistas and some of Arizona’s BEST wine!
