Our tours are $50 per person, per hour, with an 18% gratuity automatically added at booking. Guests cover their own tasting fees, glasses, and meals at each stop — giving you complete control over your experience and budget.

Yes! We provide complimentary pickup and drop-off anywhere within Sedona or the Village of Oak Creek.

If you’re staying outside these areas, we’re happy to arrange pickup for an additional charge:

When pickup is arranged outside Sedona or the Village of Oak Creek, your guide will pick you up at the scheduled start time and depart from the final tour stop at the scheduled end time.

If you’d like more time for travel or tasting, you can extend your tour at $50 per person, per hour.

Absolutely! As long as our schedule allows, you can extend your tour on the spot. Your guide will confirm the additional time and cost before continuing.

No — Arizona law prohibits open containers in vehicles. However, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to sip and savor safely at each of our tasting stops.

Yes! We welcome families. Children 20 and under are half price and can enjoy the beautiful scenery, local food, and non-alcoholic options along the way.

Absolutely! We love dogs and are proud to be one of Sedona’s most dog-friendly tour companies.
Many of our partner vineyards and tasting rooms offer pet-friendly patios. Please let us know in advance so we can plan the perfect route for you and your pup.

All Sedona Wine Adventures are private. That means no strangers, no rushed schedules — just you, your group, and your guide.

No. Sedona Wine Adventures gives you the flexibility to choose what you wish to enjoy at each location, whether it be a wine flight, pint of beer, craft cocktail, or spirit tasting. The choice is up to you and whatever you choose, you sample only for what you want and skip what you don’t.

No, food is not included on any of our tours, though many of the locations we visit offer delicious food options, from artisan charcuterie to full menus. You can order directly from their kitchens during your tour — and we’ll handle the timing to make it all flow seamlessly.

Absolutely! While we specialize in wine, we also offer tours that explore local craft breweries, meaderies, and distilleries. Check out our Verde Valley Spirits Tour or Everybody’s “ABT” Adult Beverage Tour for the ultimate mix of experiences.

Yes! All Sedona Wine Adventures include complimentary digital photos, taken throughout your day. After your tour, you’ll receive a private link to your gallery where you can easily download your images.

We recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance, especially during weekends and holidays. Same-day requests are welcome when available.

We understand that plans can change.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour, you’ll receive a gift card for the full value of your booking, which can be used toward any future tour.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will not receive a gift card.
Please note that no cash refunds are offered for any reason.

If you need to remove a person from your booking while keeping the tour, we offer a 75% refund for that individual’s cost, with 25% retained for administrative fees.

For everyone’s safety, if a guest arrives intoxicated or unfit to participate, we reserve the right to cancel the tour with no refund or credit issued.

At the time of checkout, we add an 18% gratuity to all tours.

Yes! Gift cards are available in any amount and can be used across our brands — Sedona Wine Adventures, Wine Tours of Sedona, or SIP Sedona Wine Tours. They never expire and make the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or thank-yous.

Yes, all adults 18+ must fill out the waivers prior to the start of the tour. If you are unable to find your waiver link we can email or text it to you.

Yes, we are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Yes, we are always happy to share our unique tour experiences with your friends and family. In rare circumstances our vehicle resources could be already utilized by larger groups booked at the same time as you.
