All Sedona Wine Adventures tours are priced at:

$50 per person, per hour

This rate includes:
✅ Private door-to-door transportation within Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek
✅ Personalized, local guiding from one of our extraordinary team members
✅ Complimentary digital photography throughout your tour
✅ Flexible itineraries customized to your preferences
✅ Ice-cold bottled water and light refreshments

Guests simply pay for their own tastings, glasses, bottles, or meals at each stop — giving you the freedom to design your day your way.

All tours are scheduled for a set duration based on the experience you choose.

If you’re having such a wonderful time that you don’t want the day to end (and that happens often!), we’re happy to extend your tour as long as our schedule allows.

✨ Additional time beyond your scheduled duration is $50 per person, per hour.

Your guide will always confirm before extending your tour, so there are no surprises.

💡 An 18% gratuity is automatically added to all tours.

Please provide proof of eligibility at the time of booking or before your tour.

Because every Sedona Wine Adventure is private and personal, we maintain consistent pricing for all guests. No group discounts are offered. This ensures every tour — no matter the group size — receives the same level of care, flexibility, and attention to detail.

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with the flexibility you need. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate various situations while maintaining fairness to our guests and guides.

If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, rest assured that you’ll receive a gift card for future use on any of our tours if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour date.

However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not receive a gift card or refund.
Please note that no cash refunds are offered for any reason.

We truly value your business and hope that, in the event of a cancellation, we’ll have the opportunity to host you on a future adventure.

If you need to remove a person from your tour while keeping the reservation, we offer a 75% refund for that specific guest’s price, retaining 25% to cover administrative costs.

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, if any member of your party arrives intoxicated or unfit to participate, we reserve the right to cancel the tour in full. In these cases, no refund or gift card will be issued.

All tours are booked and confirmed securely through our FareHarbor online reservation system.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
• You’ll receive a detailed confirmation email with your pickup time, guide information, and tour overview.
• We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments.

We believe in celebrating responsibly. Every tour includes a designated driver — your guide — so you can relax and enjoy the experience safely.

If a guest’s behavior endangers the safety or comfort of others, Sedona Wine Adventures reserves the right to modify or terminate the tour without refund.
